From a very young age Roxsanne has always had a passion for baking, with both of her parents being qualified chefs she was no stranger to the kitchen.

In 2012, shortly after being made redundant from her Marketing role Roxsanne attended a baby shower where she had the opportunity to try some delicious vanilla cupcakes.

She was inspired to explore the idea of making her own and with some extra time on her hands, she was able to work on her new hobby. Close friends and family soon began to ask her to bake cupcakes for their events, and within a short space of time word soon spread about Roxsanne’s new venture.

With lots of encouragement and re-affirming support from her husband Jeffrey, she was able to take the bold step of not returning to work, and by the end of 2012 Roxsy’s Delights was born.

Adding celebration cakes, wedding cakes, and desserts to our portfolio, Roxsanne quickly established an excellent reputation as the go-to baker for elegant cakes and confections that taste just as good as they look. We have had the pleasure of supplying our cakes to some of London’s most iconic venues, with our customer base coming from various parts of London, Kent, Essex and Surrey.

Co-owned with her husband Jeffrey, Roxsy’s Delights is a home based cake studio in Anerley, South East London.
